What I'm looking for
I’m an Associate Director in Learning & Development, focused on designing measurable, people-first growth across global organizations. Most recently, I architected and launched an Intrepid learning platform and an enterprise AI coaching agent, driving a 30% lift in individual development plan submissions and scaling high-impact social learning across the workforce.
I design and launch competency-aligned development programs end to end—ground-up strategy, build, launch, and execution. I’ve delivered three global programs and created the organization’s first global mentoring program, achieving a 96% completion rate and 22% participant promotion rate.
I also strengthen how talent moves through the organization by leading redesign of enterprise career architecture across management and individual contributor tracks. I help clarify role differentiation and succession pathways, and I’ve supported inclusion through founding ADAPT ERG and serving as Accessibility Lead—advocating for employees with visible and invisible disabilities.
Before this role, I was a Senior Talent Management Consultant, leading an enterprise Oracle HCM/LMS transformation for 30,000+ users and driving successful go-live plus adoption. I developed leadership programs (including an 18-month Physician & Nurse Leadership Program with a 21% promotion rate), modernized training using instructional design and eLearning refreshes, and ran data-driven performance, succession planning, and enterprise facilitation.
