I'm currently a Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner at DXS Systems UK, supporting healthcare technology delivery from discovery through to UAT, release, and sign-off.

I turn stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs into detailed user stories, epics, Gherkin acceptance criteria, BPMN models, functional specifications, and integration requirements. I manage and prioritise backlogs, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and work closely with product, engineering, QA, and operations teams to keep delivery aligned with business value.

Previously, at Journey Customer Innovation in fintech and banking, I gathered requirements for BI and data solutions, mapped processes and data flows, supported sprint planning, and helped clients move from reporting gaps to practical system and process improvements.

My work includes API integration analysis, UAT coordination, root-cause investigation, SQL and Power BI validation, and change-readiness support. I focus on making complex needs clear, actionable, and fit for purpose.
