I am looking for a role that allows me to support individuals in distress while continuing to grow within the mental health field.

As a dedicated psychology student with over 8 years of experience in high-pressure, client-facing roles, I am passionate about providing emotional support and behavioral observation. My journey has led me to work in various settings, including mental health support and hospitality, where I have honed my skills in crisis response and client interaction.

Currently, I am a Laboratory Animal Technician at the New York State Psychiatry Institute, where I monitor over 300 animals, documenting their health and identifying any behavioral or physical changes that require intervention. My commitment to ethical practices and attention to detail ensures that I carry out sensitive research procedures with the utmost care.

In addition to my technical skills, I have experience as a Pack Ops Leader at Happy Dogs, where I practiced calm communication and behavioral redirection in high-stress group settings.
