What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a recruiting or talent acquisition role where I can build candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers, coordinate efficient hiring processes, and apply my relationship-building and consultative communication skills.

I've supported full-cycle recruiting at Trifecta Executive Placement and The Restaurant Talent Group across oil and gas, hospitality, manufacturing, and construction. I source, screen, coordinate interviews, and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.

I build pipelines through job boards, direct outreach, referrals, and networking, while partnering with hiring managers on role requirements, culture, and priorities. I maintain accurate recruiting activity in Salesforce and Bullhorn ATS.

My sales, teaching, and customer-facing experience helps me build rapport quickly, communicate clearly, and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
