I'm looking to lead finance operations and transformation work that improves working capital, strengthens controls, modernizes O2C and treasury processes, and delivers measurable outcomes across complex, multi-entity organizations.

I've led Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury transformation for organizations including Protiviti, Safilo USA, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Genpact, and Core Force. Across 25+ years, I've built controls-first operating models that improve liquidity, reduce DSO, recover revenue leakage, and accelerate close cycles.

At Safilo, I modernized cash management through SAP S/4HANA and banking integrations, cutting manual work by 70% and accelerating close cycles. I also led O2C modernization that raised automation from fully manual to 65% and reduced adverse KPIs by 40%.

Through my advisory practice, Upstream Chargeback Solutions, I help multi-entity enterprises standardize receivables, resolve disputes and chargebacks, and sequence ERP/SaaS automation around sound processes, governance, and measurable KPIs.
