At Mars, Incorporated, I lead Invoice-to-Pay process work across the Americas and contribute to global OpenText Vendor Invoice Management implementations across North America, India, MEA, Poland, and ANZ. I created and implemented a global exception workflow and finalized the Non PO policy and process across multiple regions.
At Avient Corporation (formerly PolyOne), I oversaw Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Management processes for shared service centers in Poland, India, and China. I restructured the department into a Global Credit team, established a governance model with service level agreements, and developed a roadmap aligned with company goals.
Earlier at Avient Corporation (formerly PolyOne), I managed a $60M+ Accounts Receivable portfolio, supporting credit decisions, collections, and customer payment performance. My experience includes SAP implementations, finance process improvement, and Lean Six Sigma.
