Led FP&A, corporate liaison, and governance for Operations and Real Estate, delivering monthly financial reporting packages and analytical support for earnings materials and QBRs. Implemented OneStream to evaluate structural impacts across the bank and served as the governance champion managing EUCs, models, and control reviews.

Provided dedicated FP&A support to three senior COO team executives across forward-looking planning, forecasting, and weekly/quarterly/annual submissions. Spearheaded automation of North America client billing and invoicing by transitioning processes to Anaplan, improving efficiency and accuracy. Coordinated finance projects to centralize processes after the Insight acquisition of Mellon Asset Management ($92bn) and produced monthly reporting for CEO/CFO/COO, while ensuring US AUM reporting accuracy and managing end-to-end billing workflows.

Headed a finance transformation initiative, developing and implementing management information to support reporting needs. Managed travel and expense compliance, prepared and distributed client invoices, and produced monthly and quarterly revenue and receivables estimates.

Provided CFO/COO/regulator and business leadership with weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc analysis of business performance and revenue drivers across Barclays Americas. Produced monthly and quarterly revenue variance analysis for a primary US trading entity and supported the review of estimated vs. actual revenues, while helping create the revised annual forecast for Americas legal entities.

Served globally for Barclays employees on invoice processing, travel and expense activities, and SAP GL bookings. Ensured timely and accurate vendor wire payments, including same-day invoice payments, and transferred funds to the South America office with correct SAP GL accounting.

Handled Accounts Payable operations including reconciliations, postings, and invoice processing to ensure accurate General Ledger entries. Supported Purchase Operations with Purchase Order budgeting and invoice workflows, processed invoice payments/wire transfers, and assisted with vendor setups for internal and external users.

Managed and maintained expense tracking for Lehman India, ensuring accurate processing of payments and journal entry uploads in coordination with Tokyo. Audited reports, resolved payment discrepancies, and supported employees with Travel & Entertainment expense questions.
