What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead software program delivery with strong governance and measurable KPIs. I want to build scalable teams, improve stakeholder alignment, and deliver predictable outcomes across portfolios—while applying AI and modern engineering practices.

I’m a software delivery and program management professional with 10+ years of experience designing, scaling, and governing high-impact programs aligned to strategic business objectives. I focus on building delivery organizations from inception through full lifecycle—so execution becomes predictable, measurable, and repeatable.

In my current role, I scale delivery operations from ~20 to 220+ professionals and support programs within a 1,700+ headcount group by implementing KPI-driven performance frameworks. As Delivery Head for all programs and projects operations and strategy, I define and execute delivery strategies within a BSC framework, standardizing processes for scalable throughput.

I lead delivery end-to-end—ensuring completion within scope and budget, adherence to performance SLAs, and strong financial results including operational margin and project profitability. I develop and track KPIs for delivery efficiency and cash flow forecasting, and I apply practical mitigation to protect outcomes.

I also build high-performing teams by recruiting, training, and coaching program and project managers to raise delivery maturity across portfolios. Alongside program governance, I bring pre-sales and software services acquisition experience, and I’ve delivered complex automotive programs (including BOT Build/Own/Operate/Transfer) plus AI tooling initiatives to improve how delivery teams operate.
