What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead high-ambiguity technical programs—especially GenAI—partner with executives, and build structured operating systems (OKRs, roadmaps, dependency + risk management) that translate strategy into repeatable execution across cross-functional teams.

I’m a Staff Technical Program Manager with 12 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs across SaaS, platform software, GenAI, security, compliance, system utilities, hardware-integrated software, and fintech. I bring structure to ambiguous zero-to-one initiatives and scale them into repeatable execution systems across up to 70 teams, partnering directly with C-level leaders on priorities, risks, and decisions.

Most recently, I translated an ambiguous GenAI Ecosystem vision into an executable, multi-quarter program—orchestrating launch across 7 product areas and aligning Engineering, Platform, Product, AI, Legal, and GTM on shared technical foundations. I also strengthened IPO readiness by driving 100% of roadmap commitments within evolving scope, accelerating delivery to 2× pace via a centralized execution system, and saving $180K annually. Before that, I scaled OKR adoption and planning cadences across 70 teams, and as a delivery lead/scrum master I helped improve release frequency 4× and stabilize CI quality through better pipelines and reduced flaky tests.
