What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex B2B software delivery across SaaS, AI, mobile, IoT, or enterprise products, building strong teams and scalable delivery processes while partnering directly with stakeholders.

I've delivered 20+ SaaS, mobile, AI, and enterprise platforms at A-Bots for B2B clients across the EU and US, generating $1M+ in cumulative project revenue. I run parallel delivery streams from discovery through release and support, leading stakeholder relationships, demos, and scope negotiations.

I scaled an engineering team from 2 to 15 developers, cut delivery time by 25% through improved retrospectives and workflow automation, and raised client satisfaction to 92%. My work includes Lamel.ua’s eCommerce platform serving 50K+ monthly customers, SharkNinja’s Apple-featured Ninja Pro Connect app with 1M+ downloads, and an ERP/CRM platform for LKW Walter’s 1,000+ employees.

As Operations Director at ASFO, I redesigned workflows across Poland and Ukraine, reducing operational overhead by 30% and improving cross-team coordination. I bring hands-on technical fluency alongside Agile delivery leadership, team building, and B2B communication.
