At Byborg Enterprises, I built Confluence guidance and Excel tracking for a DMCA/content-removal project that cleared an approximately 5,000-case backlog to zero within around two months. I also created training and QA programmes for contractors, interns and colleagues, using live sessions, written guides and feedback systems.
