What I'm looking for

I'm seeking graduate or entry-level Customer Success opportunities, including remote or hybrid roles, where I can support onboarding, client communication, problem resolution, retention, and customer value while growing with CRM and customer-success platforms.

I'm building a career in Customer Success through customer onboarding, support, issue-resolution, and feedback-retention simulations focused on helping customers achieve value from products and services.

During architecture and project-support internships at Champions Properties Limited and NEPL Benin, I collaborated with team members and site personnel, supported documentation, managed project requirements, and adapted to changing needs and feedback.

As Treasurer of the Association of Architectural Students, FUOYE, and Welfare Coordinator/Financial Secretary at Apostolic Faith Campus Fellowship, I supported members, coordinated activities, maintained records, and responded to concerns with empathy and clear communication. I'm continuing customer-service and Zendesk training while learning CRM and support workflows.
