I've supported migration, social inclusion, and humanitarian initiatives with the International Organization for Migration, the Organization of American States, AGAMOS A.C., and the Yes, She Can Project.

At IOM’s Northeast Office, I monitored sociopolitical and migratory developments, coordinated field logistics across three border states and U.S. cities, and integrated operational data into humanitarian response systems supporting displaced populations.

At the OAS, I contributed data analysis and public-policy research for regional human-rights initiatives, supported the MIRPS Technical Secretariat, and drafted technical reports, concept notes, and strategic documentation.

I also led international migration and gender capacity-building programs for more than 45 participants, managed volunteer teams across Mexico and Germany, and build practical monitoring, protection, logistics, and stakeholder-coordination processes that strengthen social impact.
