What I'm looking for

I'm looking to strengthen institutions through evidence-based policy, regulatory engagement, monitoring and evaluation, and multi-stakeholder coordination across government, justice, or trust-and-safety contexts.

I've led monitoring, evaluation, and knowledge-management systems for USAID-funded governance work across Mexico and Peru, turning indicators and evaluation findings into decisions that improve delivery.

At Etsy, I managed regulatory relationships across multiple jurisdictions and partnered with legal, product, and policy teams on trust-and-safety enforcement strategies. Previously, at Fundación IDEA/C230 Consultores, I designed performance systems for prosecutors and investigative police, including a Zacatecas system incorporated into the institution's organic law.

My work brings government, justice institutions, civil society, and operational teams together to solve complex policy challenges—from public-spending efficiency to femicide-investigation protocols. I combine quantitative analysis, policy design, and practical coordination to help institutions meet their goals.
