Aly Amati

At USCRI in Aguascalientes, I manage daily operations for a team of 10+ and support students through academic, medical, and legal processes. I also draft grant proposals, manage documentation and reporting, and translate the annual report on legal pathways in Mexico.

I've led cross-border livelihood initiatives with Source Humanitarian Network, creating job-linkage routes for more than 30 skilled refugee women. Through workshops, interviews, reporting, and data analysis, I help shape practical support strategies for displaced communities.

My work with FAO, 211 LA, and Black Buddha Media Group has included event coordination, travel logistics, client onboarding, financial reporting, fundraising, case management, and project tracking. I have supported programs serving families experiencing homelessness, holiday assistance recipients, and climate-restoration communities.

With a Master's Degree in Migration Studies and a background in Political Science, I bring a people-centered approach to program coordination, humanitarian operations, and resource development.
