I'm looking for a full-time remote role in crypto payments, PSP operations, transaction support, or fintech customer support where I can handle financial operations accurately and follow strong security procedures.

I've handled cryptocurrency deposits, withdrawals, payment requests, and blockchain transaction verification in remote payment operations.

I monitor balances and liquidity across Binance, Bybit, BingX, Bitget, WhiteBIT, OKX, KuCoin, Upbit, Korbit, and Tapbit. I investigate delayed, failed, or missing transactions and support customers through payment-related issues.

I'm focused on accurate, security-conscious financial operations and ticket-based workflows using Jira and Confluence.
