What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote position in Support Operations, Customer Support, Quality Control, Content Moderation, or related operations roles. I’m interested in a stable long-term position where I can use my experience with CRM systems, customer support, quality control, KPI monitoring, reporting, and large volumes of information. I’m also open to learning new tools and processes.

As a Support Operations & Quality Control Specialist, I managed inbound chats and monitored lead processing, then checked quality and identified errors.

I analyzed conversion and response-time KPIs, worked with CRM and Excel for reporting, and improved workflows and efficiency.

As a Customer Support Specialist, I handled high-volume inbound chats, worked with CRM systems, and ensured high-quality client interaction.

Earlier, I worked as a Freelance Interpreter, translating documents from English to Ukrainian and reviewing texts for grammar and accuracy while maintaining their meaning and style.
