I’m looking for a PSP & payments role where I can own reconciliation and settlement control, build automation in Excel/Tableau/Sheets, and improve multi-GEO workflows—while leveraging my team leadership to raise KPI quality and reporting reliability.

I’m a PSP & Payments reconciliation finance professional focused on PSP analytics and process automation, with 6+ years of experience in financial operations and accounting. I bring hands-on expertise in multi-GEO payment operations, combining deep financial control with practical automation to improve settlement accuracy and operational speed.

In my current role, I manage the end-to-end settlement process across multiple PSP providers and accounting payment flows. I control liquidity and balance settlements, monitor transaction flows, commissions, reserves, and settlement status across 100 MIDs in multiple GEOs worldwide, including crypto settlements (TRC-20, ERC-20), while supporting financial planning and documentation provider balances.

Previously, I built and led an accounting department that scaled to 5,000 sole-proprietor (FOP) clients, managing a team of up to 27 people. I’ve designed onboarding processes and reconciliation models, set KPI and quality standards, and supported reporting automation using Excel and Tableau—so teams can handle large transaction volumes reliably while maintaining transparency and service quality.
