What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my iGaming operations experience in behavioral and financial activity analysis, KYC support, fraud and risk detection, and cross-functional resolution of complex payment and customer cases.

I've supported iGaming operations across IT product companies and a betting company, analyzing player behavior, financial activity, anomalies, and risk scenarios.

As a Senior Personal VIP Manager, I managed a portfolio of 200+ VIP clients, supported KYC verification, identified potential fraud and unusual activity, and coordinated complex cases with Payments, Risk, Product, and Support teams. Previously, I managed 400+ VIP clients while monitoring activity and interaction history through CRM and internal systems.

I'm motivated by turning large volumes of customer and behavioral data into timely operational decisions, with a systematic and detail-oriented approach to payment and customer processes.
