At USAA, I investigate property and vehicle insurance claims, assess coverage and liability, coordinate repair estimates, and identify potentially fraudulent claims. I also train new adjusters and support projects that increase claim closures.
Before USAA, I spent more than five years at Wells Fargo investigating high-dollar fraud, branch fraud, check forgery, wire fraud, identity theft, elder abuse, ACH, ATM, PIN, and signature cases. I served as a subject matter expert, floor coach, trainer, and workflow supervisor for agents.
My background also includes insurance sales and claims support at Nationwide, risk operations and disputes at JPMorgan Chase, sales and retention at Charter Communications, and hospitality leadership. Across these roles, I’ve built a customer-focused approach to investigations, coverage, retention, and service.
I’m also a volunteer firefighter with BCESD4, completing TCFP certification requirements through hands-on training in fire suppression, rescue operations, emergency medical response, hazardous materials, and live-fire drills. I’m working toward serving my community as a professional firefighter.
