At Wolt (DoorDash), I led nationwide rollout coordination and built business cases to evaluate, scale, iterate, or stop initiatives based on measurable impact. I also improved courier pickup efficiency through an indoor-navigation pilot and quantified an estimated €600K annual operational opportunity to support executive investment decisions.

Before that, at Redbubble, I managed strategic partner launches end-to-end (including major brand partnerships) and redesigned partner onboarding processes to strengthen operational efficiency. I coordinated cross-functional campaigns and promotional calendars to ensure partners moved smoothly from onboarding to commercial execution.

Earlier in my career, I supported international policy and program delivery at UNODC by coordinating a prison rehabilitation initiative and performing stakeholder engagement and policy research across Africa and Central Asia. I bring a structured, evidence-based approach to operations—built on analytics, documentation, and collaboration—and I use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to accelerate analysis while validating outputs.
