I’m a Support Agent who brings strong organization, communication, and problem-solving to a dynamic environment. My goal is to support the company’s success while continuing to develop professionally through new challenges.

From May–December (2024) to January–present (2026), I provided customer support for a car rental platform. I handled queries, managed reservations, supported modifications and cancellations, and resolved incidents to ensure a satisfactory experience via phone, chat, and email.
