I'm leading recruitment operations at the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, coordinating regular and emergency appointments, onboarding, hiring events, and TalentWorks implementation. I supervise three analysts and seven administrative staff while training supervisors and staff on HR procedures.
Across Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, the Board of Supervisors, and the Probation Department, I've managed personnel actions, benefits coordination, payroll-related access, recruitment, employee orientations, and performance evaluation programs. I've tracked more than 5,000 countywide performance evaluations and managed more than 300 evaluations for the Board of Supervisors.
