What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can lead banking, payment, sales, or customer-service operations, support customers effectively, and contribute through team leadership and complaint resolution.

I lead branch operations at Fawry for Banking and Payment Technologies in Assiut, following earlier sales and customer-service roles within Fawry Plus and Vodafone outsourcing.

As a Sales Officer at Fawry Plus, I supported banking services and customer-facing sales activities.

At ISON Experience outsourcing Vodafone, I progressed from Call Center Agent to Team Leader. I handled customer inquiries, promoted new offers and products, and followed up on complaints to resolve problems.

I achieved an 87% customer satisfaction rate in call-center work and bring communication, teamwork, independence, and the ability to work under stress.
