At Opportunity International EduFinance, I deliver EduQuality professional development to school leaders and teacher mentors in Uganda’s Central region. I support effective school management, teaching and learning, and holistic school development through school quality measurement and development planning.
At Building Tomorrow, I supported 20 government primary schools in Kibaale district by working with communities and Community Education Volunteers. I coordinated out-of-school child recruitment and helped organize literacy and numeracy programs reaching over 2,000 children.
As a Facilitator for Tawa Socioeconomic Transformation Organization’s Mindset Change for Socioeconomic Transformation Project, I facilitated more than 25 training sessions in refugee settlements. Topics included sexual and gender-based violence, livelihoods, financial literacy and leadership.
Through AFRICAN YOUTH WITH THE LIGHT OF PEACE, I have designed and headed projects, including “Images curbing teenage pregnancies and HIV,” and brought young people together to produce local content. I’ve also supported youth through peer counselling, mentorship and sexual and reproductive health education.
