I am an experienced educator and coach with a strong commitment to improving educational outcomes. Over the years, I have trained and mentored numerous teachers, focusing on enhancing their skills and fostering a supportive learning environment. My journey began with Teach for Uganda, where I designed and implemented community projects aimed at improving literacy and numeracy among students.
At Learning Alliance, I have successfully trained over 200 teachers and provided coaching to more than 50 educators. My role involves not only mentoring but also collecting and analyzing data to propose effective strategies for performance improvement. I am passionate about community engagement and have facilitated numerous workshops on social-emotional learning, ensuring that teachers are well-equipped to support their students' holistic development.
