What I'm looking for

I'm looking to coordinate inclusive community development, capacity-strengthening and advocacy programmes where I can strengthen grassroots organisations, advance gender and disability inclusion, and deliver measurable livelihoods, social protection and WASH outcomes.

I've coordinated community development, organisational capacity strengthening and advocacy programmes across Uganda for over eight years.

With the Ministry of Water and Environment, I helped establish and strengthen 60+ Water User Associations and Farmer Irrigation Committees, mobilised 1,500+ farmers into 40+ groups, and coordinated work plans, budgets and stakeholder engagement across 8+ districts.

My work has expanded safe water and sanitation access for 80,000 people, increased women’s and youth participation by 45%, and supported advocacy campaigns that reached 8,000+ people. I also contribute socio-economic assessments, stakeholder coordination and project monitoring for government-funded interventions in Northern Uganda.

Earlier, at AESA, Lira Regional Referral Hospital, Lira District Local Government and Adina Foundation Uganda, I coordinated livelihoods, protection, health-promotion, disability inclusion and social-protection work. I bring practical experience in training, mentoring, MEL, budgeting, donor reporting, safeguarding, gender equality and inclusive community mobilisation.
