I am a programme management professional with over 15 years' experience designing, implementing, and overseeing donor-funded projects across Sub-Saharan Africa, with a strong focus on gender, youth and social inclusion (GYSI), climate resilience, and food security.
I have a proven track record in proposal development, grant and compliance management (USAID, IUK, DGF), budgeting, and building strong donor and partner relationships to secure funding and sustain programming.
My technical strengths include monitoring, evaluation and reporting, mixed-methods research, and capacity building; I have led large-scale evaluations, RCT data collection, and developed M&E frameworks and data management systems.
