I am a product-minded generalist with a unique blend of skills in platform design, operations, and process improvement. My journey has led me to become the Head of Operations and Product Owner at Flatworld, where I successfully led the product and operations for our core hiring platform. I thrive in environments that require balancing product ownership, user experience, and operational efficiency, all while working with minimal resources. My ability to execute and deliver results, even in unclear situations, has been a hallmark of my career.

With a background in psychology and UX design, I bring a systems-thinking approach to my work. I have designed recruiter dashboards, async video vetting processes, and internal tools that enhance user experience and operational flow.
