What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an HR role where I can apply my recruitment support and HR operations experience. I want to contribute through strong communication and time management, learn from the team, and grow within the HR field.

I am an aspiring HR professional pursuing a BBA in Human Resource Management, focused on building practical expertise in people processes. I’m eager to leverage my communication and time management skills to contribute effectively while growing within the HR field.

Through my internship at Grow On Media (July 2025 - August 2025), I supported core HR recruitment activities. I helped screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and assist with scheduling interviews, while also maintaining employee records and handling basic HR documentation.

I also gained exposure to employee engagement activities and learned how HR supports a positive work environment. The experience strengthened my communication skills and gave me hands-on understanding of coordination, teamwork, and organizational support in HR operations.
