What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level client support, SaaS operations, CRM, or technical support role where I can help customers, improve workflows, maintain accurate data, and grow my troubleshooting and automation skills.

I'm developing BusinessFlow, a multi-tenant SaaS CRM and automation platform connecting customer records, subscriptions, payments, renewal dates, automated messages, and result logging.

Through Cooking with Chipo and BusinessFlow, I've supported customer and student questions about access, payments, renewals, class information, and account status. I've maintained CRM-style Google Sheets records, cleaned and deduplicated customer data, and built WATI and Make.com workflows for WhatsApp communication and renewal reminders.

I work with Supabase, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, webhooks, and AI tools to test workflows, investigate failures, document recurring issues, and provide clear troubleshooting context. I'm comfortable explaining processes in plain English and learning evolving products quickly.
