What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead accessible, user-centered UX and service design in Agile, cross-functional teams—translating policy and business constraints into clear workflows, strong design systems, and measurable improvements through research and usability validation.

I’m a Senior UX Designer with 15+ years of experience designing user-centered, accessible digital services across Ontario/public-sector aligned environments, healthcare, QMS, logistics, travel, enterprise, and web/mobile products. I translate business needs, policy constraints, journey maps, and product vision into intuitive interfaces, sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

In my recent work with Aarorn Technologies, I lead UX and service design for QMS and government-focused digital products, planning discovery activities like stakeholder interviews, user needs mapping, and journey mapping. I create service design artifacts (personas, service flows, process documentation) and apply WCAG 2.1 A/AA accessibility practices, partnering with engineering, product and delivered high quality products and services in Agile environments.

Previously at CIVICA, I led UX strategy and service design for healthcare and government digital products, modernizing complex legacy workflows into accessible, cloud-ready experiences. I built scalable Figma design systems, conducted heuristic evaluations and usability work, supported design handoff with HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery-informed guidance, and ran WCAG 2.1 accessibility audits—while mentoring designers and sharing UX, accessibility, and service-oriented delivery methods.
