Provided customer support for iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, and Apple Account services by troubleshooting using company resources and knowledge articles. Set up service repairs and scheduled in-store appointments while handling high-volume calls and participating in team meetings on performance and new issues.

Followed food handling procedures to safely prepare and store meats, vegetables, herbs, spices, sauces, and doughs. Was responsible for washing and organizing dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, prepping buns for next-day baking, and supporting cleaning and store closing including deep cleaning.

Ensured kitchen products met strict quality standards across raw prep to fryer/grill and the wrapping/packaging line. Managed closing responsibilities, maintained store cleanliness, and directed closing workers to complete tasks on time.

Provided juveniles with hygiene products and clean clothing, prepared and served meals, and supervised residents throughout the day. Maintained a structured environment, handled disciplinary actions when necessary, and filed records related to behavior, offenses, and medical/mental health history.

Bagged groceries, collected baskets from parking areas into corrals, and brought items indoors for easy customer access. Assisted customers with loading groceries and performed occasional aisle cleanups for spills or damaged items.

Completed 14 credits as a liberal arts major at Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi from August 2017 to May 2018.
