What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help an EdTech or digital product team improve onboarding, user adoption, customer education, and learning outcomes through research, data-informed support, and stakeholder collaboration.

I've supported daily adoption of Lexia Learning, ClassDojo, Kahoot!, LMS tools, and Google Workspace across Palm Beach County School District learning environments since 2013. By using platform data, progress monitoring, and targeted interventions, I helped a 64-student literacy cohort move from 65% below benchmark at PM1 to 5% by PM3.

As an ELA Department Chair and Team Lead, I've onboarded students, families, educators, and stakeholders; coached more than 10 educators; and translated complex performance data into practical next steps. I've also developed 25+ visual learning resources and helped improve ELA proficiency by 22% and reading comprehension by 25%.

Through Designed by Isaiah Studio, I conduct mixed-methods UX research for e-commerce, wellness, education, and digital experiences—turning surveys, interviews, usability tests, behavioral analysis, and journey maps into actionable product recommendations.
