I started my career in education. The shift to training and implementation was natural. I wanted to keep doing the same thing: taking complex content and making it accessible to the people who need it most.

I work with adults learning to use systems that are not always intuitive. My approach is simple. I think about the end user, what they need to do their job well, and I build training around that. I create a story around every workflow so the content connects to real work, not just software features.

That approach has taken me across 30+ school districts and 7 states, training clients on school billing systems, service documentation workflows, and compliance requirements. I also build the content behind the training: eLearning courses, policy articles, and SOPs that give people a reference point after the live session ends. I build feedback loops into every program so gaps get caught before they become errors or escalations.

I spent 11 years as a classroom teacher before transitioning into training and client success. For the past three years, I've worked as a Client Success Manager and Training Specialist, designing and delivering training, building eLearning content, and supporting client implementations in compliance-heavy environments. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish and am actively seeking roles where I can help clients reach confident, independent use as quickly as possible.
