At ClassDojo, I support school and district leaders through onboarding, professional development, and ongoing platform support. I’ve onboarded over 100 schools and districts, typically moving each from its first onboarding call to active platform use within 12 weeks.
I’ve facilitated 31 professional development sessions and six new-hire training sessions, earning an 8.7/10 average satisfaction rating across 508 participant responses and an NPS of 53. I tailor training to school priorities and review leaders’ materials to help them feel ready to facilitate schoolwide sessions.
At Raleigh Oak Charter School, I deliver Tier I and Tier II literacy and math support within MTSS, managing a 22-learner caseload and using DIBELS and EOG data to set targets. I also coach nine classroom teachers and share monthly progress data with school leadership.
