I’m a front-desk and customer service professional who focuses on clear communication, dependable organization, and smooth day-to-day operations. In my current role, I provide excellent customer service while scheduling appointments, processing invoices, and handling client inquiries.

At Premier Gutter, I also log time sheets and support customer outreach/lead generation. I bring a careful, service-first approach that helps clients feel taken care of from first contact through follow-up.

Previously, I managed front desk operations and appointment scheduling at JCPenney Portraits, assisting customers in person and over the phone. Earlier experience as a Seasonal Sales Associate at Marshalls strengthened my ability to assist customers, maintain store presentation standards, and contribute to retail sales through strong client interaction.

Alongside my work, I’m studying Health Science at Goodwin University and hold Medical Billing Certification plus AHA Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens, First Aid, CPR, PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications. I’m excited to bring my clerical experience, patient interaction comfort, and attention to detail to a role where I can keep improving my administrative and medical billing skills.
