I’m looking for remote, bilingual, part-time roles where I can support customers through calls, chat, and tickets—or help with virtual support, back office tasks, administrative assistance, and interpreting.

I’m a sixth-semester Business Administration student at Universidad de La Sabana, working as a bilingual medical interpreter and customer service agent in English and Spanish.

At LanguageLine Solutions, I handle consecutive English–Spanish interpretation in medical calls between patients and healthcare staff, supporting consultations, medical instructions, administrative information, and follow-up.

Previously, I worked as a bilingual customer service agent for Capital One’s Credit Line team, resolving questions and issues related to financial products through international calls while following security and quality protocols.
