As an Independent Digital Transformation & Automation Consultant, I support clients configuring and integrating SaaS, CRM, and automation solutions. I investigate workflow and integration issues by examining configurations, data flows, API responses, and application behaviour.

I design and troubleshoot API-based integrations and automated workflows using REST/JSON, Postman, n8n, SQL, and Python. I also turn customer requirements and reported problems into clear technical actions and implementation plans.

Previously, as an API Management Consultant / Developer at Devoteam S Platform - KPMG, Viamedis & Fast Retailing, I worked on API management and integration topics involving Azure API Management, REST services, JSON, and Postman. I investigated API behaviour and configuration issues, analysed technical information, and supported resolution.

I also contributed to a 35-hour professional Executive AI programme, supporting participants as they learned generative AI, prompting, AI assistants, automation, and n8n. I enjoy explaining technical concepts to users with different levels of digital maturity and documenting solutions to support knowledge transfer.
