As a Salesforce Developer/Consultant, I design and execute Apex triggers and classes to automate complex business processes. I provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, implement custom solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to streamline operations. My role includes configuring Salesforce security settings and managing workflow rules.

In this role, I identified and designed product catalogs and CPQ processes in a new B2B tool. I collaborated with sales and vendor teams to fulfill business requirements and provided ongoing support for implementation and integration.

As an Infrastructure Consultant, I provisioned and supported CloudSense and Salesforce platforms. I developed and programmed using the Salesforce toolkit, implemented complex pricing structures, and streamlined CPQ processes to enhance sales productivity.

Activities and societies: Developed strong skills in managing complex production workflows, troubleshooting technical challenges, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Specialized in the technical dimensions of broadcast journalism at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Zagreb. Gained hands-on experience at the Student Television studio, excelling in studio operations, video editing, and key technical roles such as floor management, camera work, lighting, and advanced equipment handling.

Activities and societies: Specializing in television and new media, I focused on mastering technical workflows, content creation, and effective communication strategies.
