I’m a User Acceptance Testing Lead in Consumer Anti-Money Laundering operations, focused on validating large volumes of customer data to ensure AML transaction-monitoring platform releases are functional, compliant, and ready for production. I design and execute test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria in partnership with production managers, engineers, and compliance stakeholders.

In every release cycle, I identify system effects and operational risks early, then coordinate with engineering teams to resolve issues before deployment. Working in an Agile environment, I lead cross-functional testing efforts aligned to sprint goals while analyzing transaction-monitoring data and testing results to improve system performance and reduce operational risk exposure.

I also support reporting and governance through Global Markets AML work—building and maintaining dashboards, driving process optimization and backlog reduction, and partnering with the Data Quality team on ILQA metrics and remediation. Earlier, as an Operations Analyst Intern for a Pre-Paid Card Unemployment Program, I automated data extraction, sanitization, and reporting to strengthen accuracy and efficiency for leadership decision-making.
