What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a hands-on QA tester role where I can write test cases from acceptance criteria, run acceptance and regression cycles, document clear defects, and work closely with developers and automation engineers in Agile delivery.

I've tested digital banking and enterprise payments products at First Citizens Bank, Fiserv, the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, and UMB Bank. My work spans mobile banking releases, Apple Pay and Zelle flows, ACH and wire processing, REST APIs, ETL validation, SQL data checks, and regulatory reporting.

I'm most effective hands-on in test cases, defect tickets, and Agile sprint cycles. Across 120+ production releases, I've maintained on-time UAT/PPV sign-off, zero rollback incidents, and disciplined documentation for confidential financial, PII, PCI, and BSA/AML data.
