What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a QA/Test role where I can own quality end-to-end—UAT and sprint delivery included—using strong automation and SQL skills, while leading teams and improving accessibility (WCAG 2.1/Section 508) in real production systems.

I am a QA tester with 14 years of progressive Information Technology experience, specializing in manual and automated testing across the full information systems development life cycle. Certified in ISTQB, I work confidently in both Waterfall and Agile lifecycle methodologies, participating in sprint ceremonies and guiding test execution from requirements to validation.

I bring deep domain exposure in e-Commerce, Insurance, Banking, CJAMS, and Mortgage systems. I have performed functional testing, end-to-end testing, cross-browser testing, and wide coverage including GUI, system, integration, front end, backend, and regression testing—often on client/server and web-based applications on the ATG platform.

I also lead with ownership: I have supported offshore teams as a team lead, coordinated UAT, and contributed to design, documentation, and testing. Along with strong defect tracking and reporting using Quality Center/ClearQuest/Jira, I focus on accessibility (WCAG 2.1 and Section 508) and test quality for real-world user impact, including debit card testing and mobile accessibility on Android and iPhone.
