I've led high-performing Saks OFF 5TH stores and portfolios, using consultative selling and structured clienteling to build lasting customer relationships and repeat revenue.

At the Beverly Connection Flagship, I generated $150K+ in incremental monthly revenue through personalized outreach and moved Fine Jewelry from last in the West to #1, adding approximately $830K versus the prior year. I also closed luxury transactions up to approximately $80K through discovery, tailored recommendations, follow-up, and closing.

Across a $27M two-location portfolio, I owned forecasting, customer experience, sales goals, and executive reporting while leading 75 employees and 10 senior leaders. I've developed leaders, promoted 12 people into senior leadership roles, and turned underperforming operations into top-ranked businesses.
