I'm looking for a sales operations or commercial leadership role where I can lead teams, strengthen client relationships, improve processes, use market insights to grow revenue, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

I've grown Coke brands at Coca-Cola Beverages Africa since 2016 by managing customer cash and credit resources, expanding product availability, and executing promotions that drive volume and value.

I lead and coach a team of five distributor cadets, develop sales strategies, budgets, and forecasts, and use sales data and market trends to uncover growth opportunities. I also build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders while resolving customer queries alongside trade and marketing teams.

Earlier at Superfoam Industries, I generated leads, demonstrated products, negotiated sales, maintained CRM records, and supported positive customer experiences through close collaboration with marketing and customer support.
