I build production monitoring, internal tools, and AI systems for iGaming and AdTech operations.

At an iGaming operator, I mapped core processes across Design, SMM, Affiliate, and Operations in BPMN. I built an AI-assisted affiliate lead-sourcing system for around 18 users and an AI monitoring solution for manager-to-client conversations used by VIP, Support, and Affiliate leadership.

I also removed a content-operations bottleneck with an autoposting system that lets one operator run 10–15 accounts, and redesigned a generative-creative initiative into a template-based constructor after review with the Head of Design.

Previously in AdTech, I owned root-cause analysis for traffic discrepancies and loss across GEOs, streams, and campaigns. I built Shiny and Power BI monitoring on BigQuery, automated reporting on traffic loss and fraud, and used SQL and Python to validate large geospatial and computer-vision datasets at VISICOM.
