I am NURUL KHUSNAINI, also known as IRUL. I have a strong background in the hotel and tourism industry, with over 20 years of experience. I hold a degree in Hotel and Tourism from Desanta Academy in Yogyakarta. Throughout my career, I have achieved significant milestones and demonstrated exceptional leadership abilities.
Currently, I am serving as the General Manager of Solaris Hotel Malang, where I am responsible for the hotel's annual operating budget, marketing and sales plan, and capital budget. I have successfully managed the hotel's profitability, exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction targets. I am skilled in P&L analysis, strategic planning, and maximizing room yield and revenue through innovative sales practices.
Prior to my current role, I held the position of General Manager at Radho Hotel Malang, where I achieved similar success in managing the hotel's financial performance and implementing impactful strategies. I have also served as the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing for Midtown Residence Marvell City and Midtown Hotel, overseeing the development and execution of the hotels' sales strategies.
