What I'm looking for

I seek entry-level roles in customer service or psychology-related support where I can apply my communication and bilingual skills, solve problems, grow professionally, and contribute within a collaborative, learning-focused team.

I am completing a 3 Year Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Our Lady of Fatima University - Laguna (May 2025) and graduated senior high with honors from Far Eastern University (Alabang). I have hands-on customer service experience as a Customer Service Representative at TTEC, Sta. Rosa (June–August ’24), managing inbound calls, emails, texts and multiple system navigation.

I have led student organizations—Delegate of the ASEAN Youth Summit and President of FEU-A Tamaraws Musical Society (2021–2022)—and served in OLFU Laguna Psychology Society roles, gaining event coordination and administrative experience. I bring strong communication, bilingual ability, problem-solving, flexibility, calm under pressure, and a fast-learning mindset to support teams and customers effectively.
