At Xsolla, I managed concurrent external projects across webshop development and third-party integrations, delivering 14 projects. I coordinated six specialized engineering teams across Europe, North America, and Asia.
I also recovered an at-risk internal template project by transitioning from Scrum to Kanban and coordinating design and development teams to deliver it on time for Gamescom.
At SpectrumWise, I led delivery of digital products for clients across Asia, Europe, and the U.S., from requirements through launch. I also coordinated the design and development of an international matchmaking platform for users across 21 countries.
At Risidio, I defined product strategy and scope for an NFT auction platform built on Bitcoin using the Stacks blockchain. I coordinated product roadmaps and release plans, reviewed designs in Figma, and contributed to a campaign that distributed 1,000 NFTs in one day.
