What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote project management role where I can lead full-cycle IT delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and connect technical requirements with business goals. I’m particularly interested in blockchain and Web3 projects.

At PNPPK, I take IT projects from requirements gathering and technical specifications through roadmap planning, integration, testing, and a working prototype. I coordinate a four-person engineering team, align delivery with business goals, and help projects stay on time and within budget.

I use Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and JIRA to improve team communication and manage cross-functional work. I’m also building knowledge of blockchain architecture, smart contracts, DeFi, and Web3 infrastructure.
